Description

The Shelly Wave Motion LR is a compact Z-Wave Long Range sensor that delivers fast motion detection and long battery life for reliable home automation. Using Z-Wave 800 series technology, it detects motion in under 300 ms and communicates quickly with your hub, even over long distances.

Along with motion sensing, it includes a built-in illumination sensor so you can automate lighting and devices based on both movement and room brightness.

Powered by a single CR2477 battery, it can run for up to two years depending on use. It supports both Z-Wave mesh and Z-Wave Long Range, with ZWLR enabling direct hub connections over distances greater than 400 m in line of sight. S2 authenticated security ensures encrypted communication.

SmartStart makes setup easy, and firmware updates can be installed over the air. It works with all certified Z-Wave hubs, allowing you to build custom automations, schedules, and scenes for lighting, HVAC, and appliances.

By responding instantly to occupancy and lighting conditions, the Shelly Wave Motion helps reduce energy waste, improves convenience, and strengthens home security.
