The Shelly Wave Dimmer delivers accurate, dependable light‑level control using Z‑Wave LR (Long Range). It functions with or without a neutral wire and lets you adjust brightness easily through the app or with the press of a button.

Features:

  • Works with all certified Z-Wave devices and gateways (Z-Wave Plus). ZWLR mode is supported only when paired with hubs and devices that are ZWLR-compatible.
  • Provides up to 40 m of indoor coverage with Z-Wave Plus, including signal repeating. ZWLR can reach up to 80 m indoors but connects directly to the hub and does not function as a repeater.
  • Operates on a sub-GHz frequency to maintain a stable, interference-free wireless connection.
  • SmartStart enables quick and effortless inclusion in your Z-Wave network.
  • Designed to run for up to two years on battery power, depending on usage.
  • Uses Security 2 (AES128 encryption) to keep your Z-Wave network safe.
  • Delivers full dimming performance even when a neutral wire is not available.
  • Allows you to create soft ambient lighting and automatically apply your preferred brightness during selected hours.
