The Shelly Button Add‑On is a practical accessory that allows Shelly smart switches and dimmers to be used safely outside of a wall box. Compatible with a wide range of Plus and Mini form factor devices, it provides a simple way to add physical button control without permanent installation. This makes it easy to turn everyday appliances such as night lights, fans or convectors into smart devices without damaging your walls. It allows relays and dimmers to be installed safely outside of wall boxes, providing flexible, surface mounted control wherever it’s needed.
*Requires a Shelly relay or dimmer – not for standalone use. Compatible with a wide range of Shelly Gen1, Gen2, Gen3, Gen4 and Gen3, Gen4 Mini relays and dimmers.
