The Shelly i4 Gen3 is the latest evolution of Shelly’s scene‑activation controllers, improving on the Shelly Plus i4 with support for up to 16 actions (previously 12) and a new, faster processor equipped with 8MB of RAM for enhanced speed and responsiveness.

Designed for installation behind any standard 4‑button wall switch, the i4 Gen3 offers a communication range of up to 50m (165 ft) outdoors and 30m (99 ft) indoors. It can be configured to control anything from a single Shelly‑compatible device to advanced multi‑device scenes. With support for single, double, triple, and long‑press inputs, it provides flexible control options. Its compact form factor also makes it easy to retrofit, even in tight electrical boxes.

For users wanting a dedicated physical switch, the i4 Gen3 works perfectly with Shelly Wall Switches, available in both black and white.

Note: The Shelly Plus i4 Gen3 functions solely as an input reader and does not include a relay.
