If no power-consuming camera operations (such as detection, video recording, pan and tilt actions, etc.) take place during the charging period, the data is computed when the solar panel charges an EB8 outdoor pan and tilt battery camera as well as itself from zero battery to full battery status. 4. When the solar panel’s onboard battery is fully charged, it powers a fully charged EB8 outdoor pan and tilt battery camera, provided that the EB8 is in the always-recording mode.
