1. The EP3x Pro’s accompanying solar panel is designed to give the primary device an extra power source, extending the doorbell’s battery life and lowering the need for frequent recharging. Please be aware that your EP3x Pro doorbell’s charging efficiency is highly dependent on sunlight exposure, which can be significantly impacted by the solar panel’s location and orientation as well as whether nearby objects are blocking sunlight. As such, the solar panel is not the main or only option for powering your doorbell.
2. According to EZVIZ Lab’s test findings under normal circumstances, the EP3x Pro can render colour night vision within 1 metre when Colour Night Vision is activated.
3. In some languages and nations, Google Assistant is not accessible. Users can activate live streaming on their compatible devices when integrating the EP3x Pro with Google Assistant, but they are unable to use the chime feature or accept incoming video calls.
4. Only a few markets provide cloud storage services. Before making any purchases, please make sure they are available.
