1. Please be aware that the EB3 4G camera cannot be used with a Wi-Fi connection; it can only function with a 4G network.
2. There is no solar panel in the package. Before making a purchase, please confirm that the product is compatible.
3. Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are unavailable in some regions and languages.
4. You will need to buy the local storage card individually. Only a few markets provide the cloud storage service. Before making a transaction, kindly confirm the availability.
5. A suitable microSD card, which is available separately, needs to be put into the camera in order to use this feature.
6. According to EZVIZ Lab’s test findings under normal circumstances, the camera can detect movements up to 25 meters during the day and up to 12 meters at night when the AOV mode is used. The detection range of other tested battery models with PIR-based detection is often up to nine meters. Environmental conditions may cause differences in the actual detection range.
7. When colour night vision mode is on, the spotlight will not flash.
8. Data from tests conducted by EZVIZ Lab under typical circumstances. The frequency and complexity of the action being recorded, together with additional environmental conditions, will affect the video compression efficiency.
