How it Works
The Remote connects via Bluetooth and is powered by 2 AA batteries. Each of the Remote’s 12 sides can be programmed to trigger different commands within the free Nanoleaf App.
Place any numbered side face up to activate the preset command, and if you also have a Nanoleaf Rhythm you can rotate to change brightness. Customize presets easily in the Nanoleaf App for a more personal experience.

How to pair with the Nanoleaf App?

Open the Nanoleaf app and go to “My Devices” → tap the “+” → select “Remotes”.

Start pairing—on iOS tap “Start Pairing”; on Android tap “Get Started”.

Follow on-screen instructions to pair with your hub (e.g., Nanoleaf Rhythm module). Your devices will flash green when connected.

Customize each of the 12 sides:

Assign Nanoleaf scenes (Color or Rhythm), HomeKit scenes, or combinations of both.

The app even alerts you to potential scene conflicts for smoother integration.

How to pair with the nanoleaf rhythm module?

Press the button on your Rhythm module until it blinks.

Place the Remote close to the module until both flash green.

Side 1: Turn Aurora on
